Felt the finance guy was deceptive. After reviewing the paperwork, pretty sure I did not receive the deal we agreed to. Never showed me any paperwork before I signed. Refused to break down specific protection plans by total cost, just continued to say how much would be added to the monthly payment. In hindsight it was probably my own fault for not demanding a detailed accounting of the transaction. Was not told until the deal was almost done that the Toyota rebate would be charged back to me if I did not make at least 8 payments. Salesman told me no penalty after 4. Never was I informed of the interest rate at any time. Zero transparency! Car buying is such a pain and experiences like this are the cause. I gave 2 stars because I believe the car is a great value, the process, not so much More
Lady working at the checkout desk wore mask on chin most of time and would occasionally eat a chip. Employee stopped by desk and was masked but sneezed into the plexiglass.
