I informed the gentleman that when I called for the appointment and explain what was need I was told I would have to only pay for parts which was quoted at about $4 a pieace, once I arrived 15 mins early I was told it wouldn't take longer then an hour, that's when I inform gentleman of what was stated on phone and also told to let me know cost before starting work, 2 hours later I had to ask what was going on and that's when I was told work had already been started and how much it was. This gentleman proceeded to get an attitude and became upset that I didn't want service performed he then took 20 or so minutes to get my car because I believed they were trying to undo what was done with out my permission. Then he being to rush me out of office saying he would have someone bring car out front. It ciuld have been avoided if he had just informed me of what was going on
