Toyota repaired d/s front door look - plastic edge around frt d/s & ps inside latch cracked but functional. When I picked up car the d/s latch missing so I cant open door from inside. Very disrespectful. Walked in and out in 5 min. The salesman started to calling me “buddy” while trying to correct me without trying to explain. Service experience is very detailed, professional, clear, & gives the customer a visual understanding of their vehicle, if any other services are needed, required, or recommended. I didn't expect to pay miscellaneous costs on top of the price, most places have those fees already added into the price quoted or given. (29.99+tax) not (29.99+tax+added misc.). The other issue I came across is the complementary car wash, it is a nicely added touch. It was a poorly done/executed exterior wash. I have experienced other dealerships, and the vehicle is returned looking beautiful with a showroom shine. I was extremely disappointed when I received and saw my vehicle! More
