I called Ms K four times over two days. with question about my billing. Twice I was told she was busy and would call back. And Twice I left detailed messages as to why I was calling. I was not given a diagnostic test as the brochure promised and free gift certificate for a car wash was not given. They said the would wash the car for free. Bait and switch advertising. Our experience with them was bad. Joshua, our sales person, took us for a car drive and that’s it. Didn’t show us about our car and how to turn on all its features, we had to YouT Joshua, our sales person, took us for a car drive and that’s it. Mr. Finn signed me up for policies I didn't want. I told Mr. Finn and later Mr. Kraiza and then Mr.Rosario to cancel these policies since I am covered by my insurance . Nothing was sent so I had to cancel them myself and I included the dealership. I have asked Glen Toyota to show me what paperwork they sent to cancel these policies, I have as yet to receive anything except the emails I sent myself. I kept trying to settle this matter by going up the chain in command where I spoke to Mr. Rosario, one of the heads of the sales department. And more issues came, I asked for the transparency of my registration and other filing fees . And I got the answer, we are not here to take your money by Mr. Rosario. In this dealership , 2 of the 3 men I dealt raised their voices to me, when I asked for transparency of expenses. I was told they would send confirmation of their efforts to cancel these policies and nothing was send . And in the end, I also got a state inspection dated May 16, 2024 , six days prior to the date I received it May 22, 2024. I couldn’t get an inspection appointment till the 3rd of soon, so I unfortunately have to drive with an expired inspection sticker. I have included their overall manager Mr. Raland and I have yet to hear from him. More
