I had the not so much pleasure of working with Neil. I went in wanting to buy 4 runner trd off road premium. He was not knowledgeable on the 4 runner and was shocked I wanted to pay for a different mod I went in wanting to buy 4 runner trd off road premium. He was not knowledgeable on the 4 runner and was shocked I wanted to pay for a different mod. His response was "I don't think I can do that" instead of saying let me find out. He continously bragged about working for 9 to 10 years but was not knowledgeable at all for the car I wanted. Also he ordered the wrong part and then rushed me through the process so I didn't catch his mistake. The financial guy in the back also never acknowledged me when I asked him questions and only looked to my husband for answers. VERY sexist. More

The gentleman who assisted me was very polite and accomodating despite the fact that I arrived more than 5 minutes late. In addition to his politeness and professional demeanor, I received the absolute BEST car wash that I ever received when bringing my car for service. I had told Freddy that my mats were a mess and to just do what he could. Well, he went above and beyond! I did not get a chance to thank him because I was in my car driving away when I noticed the excellent job. Please pass along my thanks to Freddy for everything! More

I asked to have the DCM module looked at and hopefully replaced. An attempt to update the module was made but no update was available. The I was told by Toyota phone support that the DCM module is likely replaced. An attempt to update the module was made but no update was available. The I was told by Toyota phone support that the DCM module is likely the cause of the system’s numerous crashes and quarks. But not attempt was made to replace the module. I’m upset that I paid extra for this head unit and the unit doesn’t work properly or reliably. More
