I have been messaging their manager for a couple of weeks because I wanted to put an o My experience with them is beyond horrible and disgusting. I have been messaging their manager for a couple of weeks because I wanted to put an order for a new vehicle. This manager guaranteed that they would never charge over MSRP for vehicles that are ordered and built by myself straight from factory. Ive been hesitant because ive seen some of the reviews but still took the word of the manager as she told me she will be the one placing the order for me. Fastforward on a thursday afternoon, we agreed to meet at a certain time that I would come in and she would be free to help me walk through the process. As I walked in the dealer, the manager is nowhere to be found. Sales guy told me she is busy doing something and at the phone with someone. Thats the first red flag that made me realized its going to be a bad situation for me. Talked to the sales guy about the vehicle. We built what ive wanted on the website, then he went to the office. After a couple of minutes, sales guy and a manager told me they will be charging 20K over MSRP because this is a hot selling vehicle right now. LIKE xxx!! Told them the manager I talked to promised me that this would be at MSRP! I asked the manager that I wanted to talk to her but she cant show herself or have the courage to talk to me. What a xxxxty attitude towards handling business. They just clickbaited me to come in and I just wasted my dayoff by coming in and being empty handed. Beware of this dealer!!
