Scheduled a recall for a Ram Diesel - The recall was related to the high pressure Diesel fuel pump. When I arrived, they told me that they may not be able to get to it right away because "that will take related to the high pressure Diesel fuel pump. When I arrived, they told me that they may not be able to get to it right away because "that will take a diesel tech" to fix. So my diesel truck, scheduled for a diesel recall sat for a full day that I could have used it waiting for a "diesel tech" to work on it. Not blaming Mike (although I ended up calling for updates several times), but if you are going to schedule a vehicle for a diesel repair, you should have a diesel tech ready to work on it. It seems like Golling service has gone down from what I used to experience. They used to be much more customer focused. More

I had some issue with obtaining some parts for my 2015 Renegade. I tried 3 other local dealerships. And was told that it would be 4 to 8 weeks to receive them. I spoke to the parts manager (Andrew) at t Renegade. I tried 3 other local dealerships. And was told that it would be 4 to 8 weeks to receive them. I spoke to the parts manager (Andrew) at this dealership and was told it should not take that long just for some motor mounts when he looked it up on his computer. He introduced me to the service advisor (Adam) and he gave me a quote to have them installed. Needless to say, the parts came in within a little over one week and had them installed. I waited only about 2 1/2 hours and left completely satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to do business with them in the future. More
