My husband and I had taken our 2014 truck to several dealers to see what we could get for a trade in. All of them were significantly lower than we could manage to be under water on. She told me to give her a call on Monday to set up an appointment, but was very upfront in saying she might not be able to meet the financial criteria we were looking to meet. I personally appreciated the fact that she didn't give me the classic "I've got the perfect deal for you" or "we'll make it work" type of response, often times giving false hope just to get you in the door. Not only did our truck appraise MUCH higher than all the other dealers, Teri was able to find a truck that was Perfect for our family! Considering the ridiculous inflation, she even managed to get us into a monthly payment reasonable to what we were looking to spend. From start to finish, the process was seemless and left us feeling both relieved and satisfied. Teri is the type of salesperson that isn't condescending, doesn't guilt or pressure as a sales tactic, and is honest about expectations. I truly felt like she was in our corner and had our best interest at heart. We were at a point where we were willing to stick with our old vehicle until the market was much more reasonable, but Teri worked within our means and gave us an option that was impossible to refuse.
