This was not Coopers fault, it seemed like he had a difficult time getting the paperwork from the managers. More

2013 Jeep I would have given a higher rating but due to some negatives, I could not. The positives. 1. Clean dealership. 2. Professionally dressed. 3. They did resolve the tire issue in #2 below and put on a new set. 5. Sales person was nice and friendly. The negatives. 1. Vehicle was advertised as Jeep Certified which meant at least half life on tires. They were not. 2. This caused a long wait and some back and forth and took almost 3 hours to have the vehicle ready. Would I shop here again.......maybe? I am always willing to give the benefit of the doubt but would not be my 1st choice. More
