Goodson Acura is the worst service shop I have ever experienced, and I've been an Acura owner for over 15 years. Bobby Carroll, specifically, is a crook and cares nothing about customer service. Took my 2012 TL in to get my AC fixed and he wanted to charge me $6,000. Customer service is a misnomer at Goodson Acura. Take your car to Overseas Service Haus instead if you are in Dallas. More
