Had the unfortunate surprise of having a dead battery on my for 2012 Boucher Certified Used 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid found Sunday afternoon. I was able to start the scheduled service on Sunday, leaving a message for Ben S. there, and then confirming the service appointment, along with A Works Oil Change/ Service. After getting the appointment confirmed early Monday morning and getting the car jumped started, I was able to get the vehicle out to Gordie Boucher Service and they had all of the service done by around mid-morning.
