Always helpful and professional I always feel like I am the most important customer at G-B. My 2008 Ford Fusion didn't start last Friday (it had sat for two weeks). Once it started I always feel like I am the most important customer at G-B. My 2008 Ford Fusion didn't start last Friday (it had sat for two weeks). Once it started, I took it for a drive and then stopped at G-B. My service advisor took over when I arrived. There was an oil leak that he saw when the hood was opened. The Ford battery test was done; the battery flunked and a new battery was installed free of charge. Had an oil change and tires rotated, windshield wipers replaced, the oil leak fixed and a new water pump installed. As a non-mechnical person, it is very important that I can trust whomever does the repairs. I absolutely trust that G-B will do what is needed and tell me the truth. More
