Took my 2018 Escape in for service because it was running loud when going speeds over 45. Wait time for the mechanics to diagnose a simple replacement longer than it should have. As well as the rate for the the part that needed replacing was double than what the price of product was and replacement longer than it should have. Only good thing was that the Employees were friendly and nice but besides that the Dealership is outrageous and I will bring my vehicles to another Mechanic for future repairs and service. More
