I am very sorry for the time that it took, we are typically giving an estimate of how long it will take at check in for your appointment. If you would like, we do have free pick up and delivery for our guests, or offer a free shuttle ride, so that you don’t have to wait at all. Then we can either pick you up and bring you back here, or deliver your car back to you.
