We have been receiving multiple posts on various platforms from you making accusations against our dealership. We understand your frustration with how long it is taking for you to take delivery of the Bronco you ordered, but please keep in mind that product delays are plaguing the entire auto industry. Also, keep in mind that our dealership is in no way responsible for the factory delays. Nor did we decide to transfer your original order to another dealer – you did. As we and the Ford factory representatives have explained to you, once the order in their system is transferred, your original order is canceled, which means that our dealership is no longer obligated to deliver the vehicle to you. As Ford has explained directly to you, no customer can have two pending orders for the same vehicle. On top of that, neither Bronco is built yet – so you would be delayed regardless of Ford’s system error which kept your name on both orders. The bottom line is there is nothing we can do here and your continued negative posts against our dealership are simply not going to change anything for you.

I was told directly by Ford that the order and reservation number would be transferred. The Bronco that has my name on it and used my reservation number is in fact built and waiting on shipping. You guys forget that I’m still on the email and get every update. The simple fact here is that you took advantage of Fords delay on getting the transfer of the order and reservation done and took the vehicle as your own regardless of the customer to make money on it. It’s greed at its finest. This has nothing to do with the supply delays. After myself communicating with you several times stating that during the transfer confusion that I wanted to buy the vehicle with my name on it you guys decided that extra money is more important than customer satisfaction. None of these statements are accusations, they are facts and I have every text/email backing this up from myself and your employees. You guys can continue to try to make yourself look better in this matter by replying with lies.

Even though you, yourself, transferred the initial order, this situation is the result of more than “transfer confusion.” Your order with our dealership was canceled by Ford to you, and by the time you tried to “play both orders” to see which one would be delivered first, that Bronco was already committed to another customer whose rights need to be respected as well. We apologize for incorrectly stating that the Bronco hadn’t been built, and please know that we truly wish your Bronco was in fact being shipped to you, but again we have zero control over that.

This is once again another lie to cover up the money hungry mentality of this dealership. I never made two orders to see what would come first. Why would I make a new order for the same exact vehicle 1.5 years after the first order and think that would come first? Now you are just sounding silly. I was in contact with you guys during the initial transfer regarding confusion on where the bronco would be delivered once shipped and talked to multiple employees at your dealership stating that regardless where it was delivered to I wanted to buy it. At that time it was never stated that you sold it to someone else. It wasn’t until recently when my new dealer contacted you about the transfer that you refused to give me the vehicle which I ordered. So don’t play the card that you respect the customers, that has been blatantly obvious that the customer means nothing. It’s the extra money that’s the motivation here. Once again I have all documentation of the conversations between myself and the employees of your dealership regarding the transfer and me buying it. This was a transfer, the reservation number and build was supposed to be transferred to the new order with the new dealership. Once again you seen the opportunity to capitalize on Fords slow process on the transfer and the vehicle that was ordered was pulled to build and decided instead of caring about a customer seen it as an opportunity to make extra money instead of doing the correct thing by giving it to the person who ordered it and waited for 2 years. All of that shows the true colors of this dealership and the Boucher group in general. I will continue to make everyone aware on how this dealership operates. You can keep back pedaling on the actions you took and try to make it look like you did nothing wrong and a brand new bronco just willingly fell into your lap. Just remember you would never have had an opportunity to get that vehicle if I didn’t order it.
