Where to begin... I don't want to tell the full story at this time, as I'm just not up to it... but with the service at Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to ever this time, as I'm just not up to it... but with the service at Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to everyone I know. Things began with one of my worst car experiences ever (January 2021) and here we are in April, and through dedicated service, communication, and a wonderful team in the used car department (especially Tim Heim and Nick GreenHalgh... thank you both), I am driving a spectacular vehicle. It is the people that make the company, and the two above mentioned went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied. I am 100% convinced they would have wished i would have gone away, but they never allowed for me to feel that way. They wanted me to leave happy and in the car i wanted, and for that I thank them, and wholeheartedly recommend this dealership:because of the people. Cheryl, answering my many calls... I scheduled an online appointment for a recall and oil change. Upon arrival my appointment wasn't in the system. I provided my email confirmation. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle (I received a call that everything was completed), my oil change was never done. I had to call back to reschedule another appointment for a different. I wasn't even offered the convenience to reschedule while I was there picking up my vehicle. More
Although the service manager took care of my vehicle quickly there seem to be cold response to issue that caused the problem in the first place. The day before I had my oil changed, tires rotated and so quickly there seem to be cold response to issue that caused the problem in the first place. The day before I had my oil changed, tires rotated and so on (I had coupon when I bought the truck at your place). I decided to mark a tire to see how the tries are rotated. when the truck came back the tires weren't rotated correctly. I ask two service advisors in the service department and they both gave me two different answers. Then I ask Vilas who came from the service bay for another reason and gave me the correct answer (need two put the front tires to the back and cross them to the other side and pull the back to the front. Front tires were not switch to the other side) . The service manager said he would fix the problem with the tire but didn't apologized or share any fixes with the bay techs who did this incorrectly... just seem very cold about the whole thing. More
