Multiple bad experiences having service done here. This time we went to have 2 recalls done. Out of convenience we added some recommended services at the same time. Driving home we noticed something h This time we went to have 2 recalls done. Out of convenience we added some recommended services at the same time. Driving home we noticed something hanging below the truck so we turned around and went right back. I was told it was the felt undercarriage cover that ripped off at the corner. I wasn't upset about that, it sounds like it happens, but we should not have been sent home with it almost dragging on the ground! John told us the technician noticed a rip in it but thought it wasn't a big deal so did not mention it. (They made a point to mention a tune up, coolant flush and axle service, cabin filter, etc was recommended though). John agreed it was not safe to drive like that and left to 'find the manager'. He came back after not 'finding the manager' and then told me his technician said he never had the truck on the lift so didn't know the cover was ripped. SOMEONE IS LYING. John told me the technician saw it was ripped but is now saying the truck was never on the lift?? How do you do a coolant flush and axle inspection without looking under the truck??? John suggested maybe it ripped from the wind after the service. Really John?? While it's sitting in the parking lot (between other vehicles) for a half hour after service was completed? I do not trust this service department and now need to bring it to our other (trustworthy) mechanic to make sure it is safe to drive. I also do not trust the recalls were completed or completed correctly. Never again will we be back. We should have made the extra drive to a different dealer. More
