I took my beloved 2010 Escape in for an ignition replacement and when I picked it up my blinkers and hazards did not work. I took it back in and found out a new switch was needed and it would cost o replacement and when I picked it up my blinkers and hazards did not work. I took it back in and found out a new switch was needed and it would cost over $600! I was confused and as anyone would, questioned being charged for something that worked when I dropped it off and within inches of the part originally being replaced. I contacted the service manager and came to a resolution that I felt better about. I did pay the part charge but service fees were waved. Joseph, my service advisor, was professional and responsive. Highly recommend him and will return as I’m sure my 12 year old vehicle will require future service. I love my Escape and hope to drive it as long as I possibly can! More
