I had been to this dealership before. I just wanted to test drive and get a feel for the cars. Ramon helped me right away. Thanks to the talk we had from my previous visit, I already knew which car I wanted and how it would look. Ramon made it happen. Chelsey helped with the financial part of the process. She thoroughly explained the additional offers such as the warranty and Zurich insurance. She gave straight forward answers. It felt more like casual talk than business. The entire process was easy. Jorge Cavillo was a pleasure to work with. We test drove several cars over 2 visits before I made my choice. Best of all, he respected the fact that after driving the same car for 11 years, We test drove several cars over 2 visits before I made my choice.
