What can I say, hands down the absolute best buying experience in my 25 years of buying cars. You will not find a nicer, more knowledgable sales person than Mike - he is such a great help and only sells you what you need. I only wish we had more people like Mike these days! Amazing I was actually recommended by two people that bought cars with Mariana. I also know Mariana for a while. After a less than auspicious experience with a salesperson, we met with Frank. And on Tuesday we will pick up our new Rav4. He explained model differences in a clear manner, explained which features would serve us best, not only now, but in the future. He worked with us to put together the best deal. And to top it all off, created a great bond with our son, who is on the autism spectrum. So, add compassionate to list above! More

Horrible experience - sold me a broken car Salesperson and sales manager lied to me about the condition of the car and about how much they would give me for a trade in on my car, then acted rud Salesperson and sales manager lied to me about the condition of the car and about how much they would give me for a trade in on my car, then acted rude and wasted my time when I confronted him about that, before finally agreeing to honor the promised price. I pointed out what I thought were issues and missing parts on the car I purchased, and was lied to again and told that the sales person owns that model of car and those parts were supposed to be missing. Was sold a car with missing air intake duct, a leaking transmission, blown speakers, and missing license plate lights. dealership would not take the car back and told me there is a no return policy, and I had to bring it to their service center, who had to bring it to another service center and it took a week to repair. Overall, the experience was horrendous, the people working there are incredibly unprofessional, and absolute liars. I purchased my car almost 3 weeks ago, I have been able to drive it for four days, and now need to bring it back into their service center to fix more issues. The car was leased prior to me owning it, and the dealership did not do their due diligence or their legal responsibilities as a dealership and bring it back to working factory condition before selling it to me and then telling me I cannot return it. More
