I brought my car in because it had a very strong vibration and the steering was pulling to the right. I was advised to do an alignment and balancing. I left the car and came back about three hours l vibration and the steering was pulling to the right. I was advised to do an alignment and balancing. I left the car and came back about three hours later, and I was told it was done — aligned and balanced. However, when I drove the car, nothing had changed. The vibration was still there, and the steering was still pulling to the right. I brought the car back again, and this time I was told that one of the tires had a bump, which was actually causing the vibration and the alignment issues. If this problem had already been detected the first time, I don’t understand why it wasn’t pointed out to me, and why I was charged for an alignment and balancing knowing that the real issue hadn’t been addressed. It was even dangerous for me to drive the car again in that condition. More
