From the the moment I called to make the appointment Julie was warm and kind. Most importantly I had problems walking due to some ongoing pain, I asked Tony from the service department to help me over to the waiting area he helped me with no hesitation and came back three hours later to take me to my vehicle. I'm so grateful to him. I live in lake county thirty minutes from the KIA of Clermont and had no desire of stopping there because their customer service are disgusting. Overall my experience was good 💯 More

Brian was very courteous. The issue is have is I brought my car in for a noise under the hood and a recall. Recall was taken care of. Noise started again after I left. I live 45 minutes away (extended warranty is at this dealership). Will have to come back. Very inconvenient. I will record noise because it is an intermittent noise. I went on Sunday at the time of closing got Kia Niro hybrid and it was a great experience. However, we saw that there was a scratches on the windshield next day i informed them And they did replace me w hybrid and it was a great experience. However, we saw that there was a scratches on the windshield next day i informed them And they did replace me with the different car, which was a great experience. The only problem that I was having is on the website was showing other options but they were not having it at the dealership and online it says it is available. I am happy with my car. The only thing is I do not like the white interior but I was not having any options More
