To the Management Team at Gregory Hyundai, I am writing to share my deep frustration regarding my service visit on June 13, 2026. As a loyal customer who has purchased a vehicle from you and return writing to share my deep frustration regarding my service visit on June 13, 2026. As a loyal customer who has purchased a vehicle from you and returned every six months for the past three years, I expected my time and requests to be prioritized. Unfortunately, this visit fell severely short of basic service standards: Unaddressed Repairs: I specifically requested that my driver-side backup light be replaced, noting it on my online reservation and mentioning it at check-in AND check-out. It was never fixed, nor was it on my receipt, despite a multi-point inspection being performed. It is unacceptable that a broken light was missed during a visual inspection. Appointment Delays: My 8:00 AM appointment was not checked in until 8:15 AM, and I watched someone with a 9:30 AM appointment get serviced ahead of me. Excessive Wait Times: Regardless of the service, I consistently spend a minimum 2 to 3 hours at the dealership waiting for my vehicle. Because of this negligence, I am requesting that the backup light be replaced free of charge and that management addresses these chronic queue and communication delays. My fiancee and I are currently weighing whether to continue bringing our business to this dealership.I look forward to hearing from you regarding how we can resolve this matter. More
