Manager was receptive I was very happy 3 years ago when I signed a lease for my Cherokee(with cosigner) My lease just ended, and I wanted to lease another vehicle. Because I was very happy 3 years ago when I signed a lease for my Cherokee(with cosigner) My lease just ended, and I wanted to lease another vehicle. Because of my schedule, I was told that talking through e-mail would be acceptable. It worked out great. I went in to finish everything up, I thought lol, but things had changed. I now could not get what I wanted. I had to choose between a smaller vehicle, the bank taking my car at the end of the month, or me just buying out my car. Now, this was a major change from what I was told through e-mail. So I was absolutely shocked and aggravated that now, I was wasting time when I could have been making money at my job. I decided to buy my car out because, well I need a car and I am not downgrading to a smaller vehicle when my biggest reason for leasing another vehicle, was just to make it up my driveway in winter...which I can't. Still lol. HOWEVER ....the outcome of this is NOT their fault. They cant control my credit score, or what I am picky about. So there were ways this couldve been resolved (if I had money or found another cosigner etc.) That part is okay. I am very happy just to have a vehicle. I am still a little irritated that I am paying a few dollars more a month, than I was on the lease. But, life happens. The only negative I see in this, rationally, is that maybe the sales rep could have collected ALL of the information first, if he hadnt, before I came in. Or maybe he could have talked the problems he found with the credit scores out with me in e-mail, like we were doing...so that way I didnt have to waste my time and get so upset by coming in and getting a completely different story. The rep was kind, but that situation couldve been prevented. Today I stopped in to Haasz, not to be mean or cause trouble or demand something out of this. (though The bratty side of me thinks that paying on time for 3 years would have helped me more in this situation) I simply talked things out with the manager, rationally and suggested how to correct this, so It wouldnt upset others. He was incredibly kind and receptive, and numerous times asked how he could make things better. There truly is nothing to make better, this is my option, and that is okay. I appreciate him listening to my story, and understanding. I want to give 3 stars because I had a great experience, and a negative experience, so I believe that is fair. Would I return? lol probably, but next time I want everything up front, to avoid being blindsided by a different story. That's all! I am content. Besides the blindside, It was out of their control. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Best place to buy a vehicle I came to the dealership today with a mission. I knew exactly what I wanted and how I was going to get it. The moment I walked in the door I was tre I came to the dealership today with a mission. I knew exactly what I wanted and how I was going to get it. The moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect and courtesy. I was in and out in less than 2 hours financed and all! My sales person Gary Lawrence was on top of things and super helpful! He treated me like a person and not a commission. He worked to get me the best deal and between him and the finance manager, Mary Scott the best APR in which I am super grateful for. Matthew Young even offered to look at my insurance to make sure I was getting the best rates for my family. On my way out, I was approached by the sales manager to congratulate me on my new purchase. A++ to this team! Although this is a 30 minute drive for me, you have a client for life in the Allgood's:) More

Smooth no pressure salesmen. This was my first time dealing with Haasz Auto Mall in Ravenna. Over all a great experience, I had made a internet inquiry the day before. Lisa called me and set me up with salesmen Bob Baumgartner. He greeted me as I walked in. He was friendly we discussed what I was interested in. Bob both Ram trucks around so I could compare them. After a drive I decided one the one to purchase. Told Bob everything depended on the trade in. Haasz offered me a very good fair price on my 2014 Silverado only a little negotiating was needed. There was no pressure from Bob at all on the purchase of the new Ram. He did everything he could to get me every discount that was available from Ram (Chrysler). Pluse Dealer incentives. I highly recommend Bob Baumgartner and Haasz Auto Mall in Ravenna. More
