We were pleased with how Vanessa Tucker, our sales consultant, and the sales management staff handled our inquiry into Ionic 5 availability, packages, and pricing. We were able to make arrangements for the final sale and pick up to follow a cross country move. We were a bit surprised at the time of finalizing the purchase at the level of sales pitch for extended warranty options. Instead of finalizing the down payment and loan, we had a 10 minute video on extended warranty features, then we were presented with monthly payment plans that were considerably higher than the original quote. Being somewhat tired following a 4 day drive across the country, we were not really prepared for the level of piece by piece negotiation that seemed to be required to get to the monthly payment amount. And I ended up with some reservations about what we ended up with after this process. Getting the car following this was handled quite well by Vanessa, who gave us an overview on operational features and answered questions. More

I dropped my car off at 8:20 am. Car was ready around 9:30. A message was left on my house answering machine. I called the dealership number that was in a business card I got off the Car was ready around 9:30. A message was left on my house answering machine. Called another number and was told that everyone was busy with customers and they took a message and I would get a call back. Waited about an hour and no call back. Went to the dealership and was told that he left a message on my answering machine. I was not home waiting on a call from him to pick me my car. I was 5 to 10 minutes from the dealership. He was supposed to call my cell phone not my house phone. When I questioned him he said Well That’s The Number That I Had. I didn’t get my car until 1:00 pm. No apology. It sat out front for over 3 hours while I waited on a phone call. The last time I had my car serviced I got a call on my cell not my house phone. More
