This was my first time visiting this Kia dealership, as my parents and I walked in we were immediately greeted and helped by a salesperson. My sales person happened to be Mike Seale who assisted me and pur my parents and I walked in we were immediately greeted and helped by a salesperson. My sales person happened to be Mike Seale who assisted me and purchasing my very own Kia. I also had a very pleasant experience with Josh Gulachek. they both made my first buying experience very memorable and as easy as possible. explaining things very thoroughly while making conversation along the way. creating personal connections in any kind of retail work definitely makes the experience much better. coming from someone who struggles with anxiety having said individuals and their personalities helped with this transition a ton! I’m very happy to now personally be apart of the Kia family and I would definitely recommend Haleen of North Olmsted to family and friends. More
