Gary talked a 30yr + Honda owner into a Kia. 72 hrs later, I am still on cloud 9 loving my K5. I had an hrv but it was too small for my grandbabies. I couldn’t be happier we went to Halleen to look at a white escape only to find out it was blue (my mistake).. well my 3 year old instantly fell in love with Sully’s (monsters inc) blue car he had to hav white escape only to find out it was blue (my mistake).. well my 3 year old instantly fell in love with Sully’s (monsters inc) blue car he had to have it.. I did not want a blue car. The salesman Teddy was so great and very understanding told me to take as much time as I needed to just look at the car and let him know what I decide no pressure. Completely surprised myself I went with the blue car my 3 year old was beyond thrilled. The color has actually grown on me too. I cannot say enough great things about my experience the entire application process was online from my home with no documents needed which is a bonus with an impatient toddler I was literally so nervous about buying a car and having to bring my 3 year old with me knowing how long it usually takes. Teddy texted me every step of the way letting me know where we were at in the process.. Everything went so quick and smooth josh the finance person was wonderful as well got me in and out quickly signed and driving off the lot within an hour. I am so happy with my purchase and my choice to go to Halleen and the excitement my 3 year old has every time we get into sully’s car is totally worth going out of my comfort zone of only ever owning black cars More

The minute I walked in the door Gary greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. Being a single Mom it is always an intimidating and difficult process when shopping for a new car. 3 years ago I had smile and made me feel welcomed. Being a single Mom it is always an intimidating and difficult process when shopping for a new car. 3 years ago I had a horrible experience while looking at cars so I had not been looking forward to starting the process again. Gary treated me with the utmost respect, he truly listened to my needs, did not try to over sell me and spent a great deal of time with me knowing full well he was not closing a sale today. He made this daunting task of car shopping surprisingly simple and a positive experience.
