I March of this year, I initiated contact with Jim McConville, at your North Olmsted location. Jim was most helpful, pleasant, accomodating, and patient. After providing me with quotes on a purchase or lease of a KIA Niro Plug-In, I decided to wait until such time that I would actually be driving a car of any extent (because of COVID restrictions, etc.). Jim was very understanding, and told me he would be "here" when I was ready. Recently, it was determined that my current auto needed repair, more than I was willing to expend for a car with 263,000 miles. I, therefore, contacted Jim, and scheduled a meeting for this last Monday. Upon arriving at Haleen Kia, JIm already had two cars (plug-in and non plug -in models) for me to drive. Ultimately, he also found another plug-in model that was in my favorite color (blue). It was obvious to me that he had done his homework, was totally prepared for my experience with him, which pleased this retired salesman (35+ years) to no end! There was no rush/pressure, my questions/concerns were answered to my complete satisfaction, and Jim was able to even meet my request for more money for my trade-in, which fit into the monthly payment figure I had in mind. And, to top it off, I was actually able to leave my Prius that day, and drive away with my new KIA! Needless to say, my experience with Haleen KIA was exceptional, largely due to Jim being a consumate professional, and one that thoroughly dispelled any misconceptions some people have about "car salemen".
