Fantastic Experience! Very Accommodating Upon walking into Halleen Kia we were immediately greeted at the door. The entire staff is very courteous and accommodating. My family had previous experience with Matt Wilhelm so I requested his assistance. It was a very busy Saturday, but Matt took the time to check in with me between assisting his other customers. He went above and beyond during the process even allowing me to run errands while holding my spot for financing and texting me to let me know when it was my turn. Matt's customer service doesn't stop when you leave the dealship; he checked in with me several times after the purchase to make sure I was happy with my vehicle. I could not be happier with my Sorento or my experience with Matt Wilhelm! More
