Travis and Tracy Were Great I just want to start out by saying I have less than stellar credit and was very anxious about even looking into potentially buying a used car. I mean I just want to start out by saying I have less than stellar credit and was very anxious about even looking into potentially buying a used car. I mean serious anxiety! I had such a bad experience at a different dealership I ended up walking out and crying my whole way home. With Halleen Kia, Tracy stuck to her communications with me online and gently nudged me into the showroom where I had the pleasure of meeting Travis. Travis asked a lot of questions, never came a crossed as condescending or pushy and only led me to a new car by explaining the reasoning and value of doing so. It was a very nice experience. I was asked what i was comfortable as a down payment and what i was comfortable with as a monthly payment and was not pushed beyond that. Although I don't know a huge number of people i will definitely recommend Halleen Kia of Sandusky and Travis in particular. I am sending one person your way this weekend hopefully!! More
