Avoid it. The drop off service was terrible. They left my car in the wrong parking lot, and did not inform me that they had arrived. To make matters worse they The drop off service was terrible. When I wanted to upgrade to a Rav4, I knew I had to reach out to Jesse. This is my second purchase though Jesse and it was just as easy and flawless as the first! Dennis was super polite and thorough in making sure I understood my options and Jamie reached out to make sure all of my questions were answered. I after the purchase, I returned to the service department a couple of days later to have my winter tires installed and everyone in the service department was very kind and accommodating. I had been suffering from some serious back pain and Megan did everything she could to accommodate me during my wait, and Jeff brought my car right to the curb so I didn't have to walk. A great experience with wonderful hospitality. More
