During my initial attempt to schedule this work I was told it couldn't be done on a Saturday because the required personnel didn't work on Saturdays. It's a 100 mile round trip from my home to the dealer told it couldn't be done on a Saturday because the required personnel didn't work on Saturdays. It's a 100 mile round trip from my home to the dealership and back. I was trying to schedule the service for when I had other business in the St. Albans area to minimize travel. Few days later I was contacted by someone in the Service Dept, sorry don't recall the name, to schedule the service. I told her my story and she spoke with someone and told me they could do it on Saturday. I asked how long the service would take and I was told about one hour. An appointment time was available which worked with my other commitment I had in the area so I scheduled it. I arrived 10 minutes early and dropped my truck in the Service Dept. I asked how long it would take and was told that the service would take about an hour. I then told them I'd be in the waiting room. Long story short the truck service took an hour and fifty minutes, which made me very late for my other commitment. Here's my feedback. The staff I interfaced with were pleasant, professional and courteous, and the scheduled service was performed but I shouldn't have to track down the service personnel to find out my service wasn't going to be completed on time. If I'd have know I would have tried to work something else out rather than just be late. More

This was our second purchase from a Handy dealership. The first one was more than ten years ago and was a same-day process, while this second purchase took nearly a month to complete due to hurdles wit The first one was more than ten years ago and was a same-day process, while this second purchase took nearly a month to complete due to hurdles with state-funded programs that we qualified for. Taking delivery was quick and efficient once all of the documents were in order. Fletcher was a pleasure to deal with during the sales process. When we first reached out about plug-in hybrids, we dealt with an internet consultant and a sales rep in St Albans. We finally decided which car to pursue and worked with Fletcher from there, but the other people continued to contact us as well. It was a little overwhelming to have three people contacting us, so there may be room for improvement in the CRM system to prevent that from happening. More
