I was there on Friday the 8th, for cabin air filter, engine filter and wiper blades. The tech didn't put the cover back on in the glove compartment as I had to go back up when I found it on the floor o engine filter and wiper blades. The tech didn't put the cover back on in the glove compartment as I had to go back up when I found it on the floor of the passenger seat. Today Monday I go back up because the wiper blades they put on were horrible, turns out the tech never put the new wiper blades on that I was charged for on Friday. What the heck, need to improve here.! More

I am a little disappointed with my appointment today. When I arrived for my 10K service I was told it would take about 1.5 hours which seemed like a long time for an oil change and tire rotation but I w When I arrived for my 10K service I was told it would take about 1.5 hours which seemed like a long time for an oil change and tire rotation but I was already there so what was I going to do? At around the 2 hr mark I checked in to see how much longer and was told another 30 min. William Westin was great and apologized many times but I was still away form work for 2.5 hours (not including travel) for a oil change and tire rotation. More

We could not reach Victoria while she was working on the car even though I called several times to get an update. Then labor was done without letting us know that it be billable to look at the backup camera car even though I called several times to get an update. Then labor was done without letting us know that it be billable to look at the backup camera for my wife’s car. We ended up with two hours of labor or $300 worth of Labor and we didn’t find out about that until we picked the car up. At no point did we get any updates I had to call several times on behalf of my wife through several different people and was put on hold for over a half hour to find out what the status was of our car. Then I found out that it’s going to be $600 with labor plus the camera to get anything done to fix the camera. More
