I think I'm done bringing by truck to Handy for any service. Today was a culmination leading to this decision. In the past I was told that I needed to make another appointment if I wanted my state in service. Today was a culmination leading to this decision. In the past I was told that I needed to make another appointment if I wanted my state inspection completed if I was to go to a store to purchase wiper blades (apparently mine didn't pass inspection, which was the only failure). My oil dipstick had broken off and was discovered after they changed my oil (which they did correct). I was also told that a battery service would be close to $80 to be performed and the photo of the corroded battery terminals weren't even mine! (mine weren't even that bad, 2 minutes with a brush and they were clean) But today, after a tire rotation, I left the dealership and had a warning light and my hood wasn't latched! What else are they overlooking if they didn't even close my hood! Turns out, Handy Service isn't that handy. I'm done! More
