The car was in excellent condition, Kevin and the team gave me a fair deal on my trade, made the process easy, made sure I was happy in every way. Dennis (finance manager) patiently talked me through my options and made sure I understood all the details, because he wanted me to be comfortable with the purchase. Several days later and still completely satisfied. It was like stepping back in time to a dealership where customer satisfaction and reputation still really matters to them. Such a refreshing experience- I would recommend a visit to anyone looking for a great deal on a nice vehicle. You'll actually have fun! More

I brought my 2021 Venza in for its first service, inspection and swap of snow tires for my all seasons. Took two and one half hours as I was warned by Tory, the service advisor. There is a recall n inspection and swap of snow tires for my all seasons. Took two and one half hours as I was warned by Tory, the service advisor. There is a recall notice out on tail lights but no solution by Toyota as yet. I will have to come back for that. Next time I will watch out the window checking if my service is completed. Saw my car just sitting there!! Come on! No coffee and a long wait. Tory wasn't sure how long it had been done. She was very nice but obviously on overload. More
