This was my first new car purchase and she made the process seamless, ensuring all of my questions were answered. Before leaving the dealership Katrina reviewed the operating system again as well as helping me set up the communication system. I would highly recommend Katrina, and appreciate everything she did to help me in this process. Once we completed the sale Katrina introduced me to Aaron Root in financing. I was planning on financing through my credit union which was the lowest rate I had been quoted. In about 15 minutes Aaron was able to find an even lower rate with another bank. Aaron was great to work with, and I feel very appreciative of his work on my behalf. Overall I felt very comfortable and confident in my choice to buy my vehicle from Handy Toyota and would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone searching for a new Toyota! More
