Another Tundra! I have purchased 3 tundras, 2 Tacomas and can honestly say that this is the first time I felt that writing a review was worth my time. Ali's attention to my wants/needs made this experience stress free and enjoyable. When time and schedules are as hectic as mine finding a dealership with employees that are as professional and honest as Handy has not been something I have encountered in the past. No high presure sales tactics, no waiting around for hours just listening to my wants, explaining the options and allowing me to pick my vehicle then assisting me in the purchase ...... Perfect!! I highly recommend Handy to anyone who is looking for a fair, honest and reasonable price vechilcle. I will be back, and just an FYI... Handy is over 100 miles from my home and I drove by numerous other Toyota dealers to get to Handy, I will be back! More

Excellent experience I have worked with several dealerships throughout my life, even traveling as far away as Florida to purchase a vehicle. I never had as good of an expe I have worked with several dealerships throughout my life, even traveling as far away as Florida to purchase a vehicle. I never had as good of an experience as I did when I purchased my Tacoma at Handys. Due to past experiences, I was getting tired of doing business with dealerships. Handys was different though. They gave me a fair trade-in value, not perfect but more than the others offered. The sales process was easy. Aaron was easy to work with and laid back. Danielle in accessory sales was also very helpful getting a few parts for the truck I purchased. The certified used Toyotas are excellent, I was pleasantly surprised as to how far the dealership will go to make the used vehicles as "new" as possible. The used Tacoma I purchased was priced perfectly for what I was looking for. I recently had the truck undercoated through Handys which was also a great experience. The truck was complete about an hour ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier. More

Bought a “New” vehicle with undisclosed damage Never will I ever buy a vehicle from Handy Toyota again!!! Washed my recently purchased (one week ago) 2018 “New“ 4Runner today for the first time and Never will I ever buy a vehicle from Handy Toyota again!!! Washed my recently purchased (one week ago) 2018 “New“ 4Runner today for the first time and found some surprising damage that was NEVER disclosed to me!!! Clearly something was transported in my vehicle and pulled out across the back bumper causing damage!! First time I opened the hatch and this is what we find?????? We test drove a different 4Runner and never did a walk around because it was pouring rain out. You would think you could trust a dealership with a brand new vehicle but clearly I was wrong! Buyer beware Handy Toyota doesn’t care about their customers only the $$$$ please get the word out!!!! More
