Awesome Customer Service at St. Albans Handy Toyota I traded my Rav4 for a 2017 Subaru after being a loyal Toyota customer because I wanted to downsize. What a mistake I made. After 6 months of owning I traded my Rav4 for a 2017 Subaru after being a loyal Toyota customer because I wanted to downsize. What a mistake I made. After 6 months of owning the Subaru, I was at Handy Toyota picking out a 2018 Rav4. Zak Longe was our sale person and he was awesome. I did not expect to take the Rav4 home that day but Zak made it work for us. He had the paperwork done in minimal time, the Rav4 was prepped and we were driving home in new Rav4 a few hours later. Aaron Bachelder was my sales consultan I purchased a new 4Runner from Handy Toyota and I have to tell you they went above and beyond my expectations. Aaron Bachelder was my sales consultant; he was friendly, professional, and he made every effort to find the perfect vehicle to fit my family's needs. The truck was out front and ready to go. Which was nice on a snowy cold day. Once the vehicle was selected Kyle Ward the sales manager came out and greeted me and explained what was to come next. He was also friendly, professional, and made sure the deal happened in a timely manner. He was able to make the deal work even though my situation was not an easy one. I then met with Reg Howard the Finance Manger, it was a pleasure sitting down with Reg and finalizing all the paperwork. He too was friendly and professional and explained the paperwork in a way that made the rest of the transaction easy. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Handy Toyota for your next car purchase. Thomas one of their recon techs even said hi and stopped to talk while he was passing through the showroom. poor service department We purchased our ch-r last summer and were given a tour of the service dept so that they could promote their very prompt service when we needed an oil We purchased our ch-r last summer and were given a tour of the service dept so that they could promote their very prompt service when we needed an oil change. "WE HAVE A DRIVE THRU AND IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE 20 MIN." is what we were told. We scheduled our first oil change the day we bought the car for 6 months later. Today was the day..... What a disaster. After 2 1/2 hours and seeing the car outside for 20 minutes we went to the counter and waited 10 more minutes before anyone even asked us if we needed help. After another 15 minutes we had our car. The help was distracted and unconcerned for any of the customers. We received the explanation that they had to do a 24 point inspection and had 4 recalls- our car has 3200 miles!!!! I guess it was too much to ask to have someone come to the waiting room and explain what the delay was. This was my last experience with this service dept. and definitely the last car I buy there. More
