I was disappointed in my service at Handy Toyota. I was there for a scheduled appointment. They put me in for an hour and a half appointment. They informed me that my car need 4 new brakes but there I was there for a scheduled appointment. They put me in for an hour and a half appointment. They informed me that my car need 4 new brakes but there wasn’t time to do that because it was tire changing season. Then I was charged $75 for no service. This was not good customer service. More

First time at Handy Toyota for service. Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. Later when I got home I noticed grease or dirt in my car, assuming someone’s hand when the Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. Later when I got home I noticed grease or dirt in my car, assuming someone’s hand when they put my inspection sticker on. I called Darren a few days later and again, he was great. I told him I was going to try to clean it. He said if it didn’t come out to go see him and he would take care of it. He even offered to have them clean it if I wanted. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DARREN!
