Great experience buying a truck One of my least favorite things in the world is buying a vehicle. I hat the games dealerships play and the seemingly endless amount of time it takes. One of my least favorite things in the world is buying a vehicle. I hat the games dealerships play and the seemingly endless amount of time it takes. At Hansen I had none of that. I stated my acceptable terms over the phone - they called me back saying they were sure they could meet my terms. I went in the next day and test drove the truck I wanted while they evaluated my trade in - they confirmed they could marry the terms I wanted I filled a quick credit app and left them to finalize details and install a gooseneck hitch. The next day I dropped off my trade in spent 10 minutes signing papers and was in my way. In the end I didn’t spend more than 90 minutes at the dealership in both visits and test driving (multiple trucks). Great experience and they honored exactly what was agreed up front on the phone!! More
