Bought a 2023 Cadillac Escalade found two things wrong with the vehicle in arrival to our home one was a scratch in the passenger side window the other was a small razor type cut in the passenger arm rest with the vehicle in arrival to our home one was a scratch in the passenger side window the other was a small razor type cut in the passenger arm rest. Both were stated not from manufacture so we were left with sorry but pound sand a new panel is $1800. Super disappointed with the experience so far. More
