Service Beyond Expectation I needed an oil change for my vehicle and called up at 9:30a. on a Saturday. Mark Hare said "We can take care of that." I was amazed at how efficient, prompt, and effective this team was in servicing my vehicle on a short notice. The dent was popped out, oil changed and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes. And the dent fix was a courtesy service - it looked incredible! Give this team a try - friendly, fabulous service. She arranged for,the Jeep to be brought from Whitinsville to Webster for us as it is closer. We made an appointment with Rick who made this a no stress trade-in/sale for us. He is not your typical sales person as it was just like talking to a friend. This was by-far the smoothest car purchase we’ve ever had. Very hasslefree and no pressure experience This is the fifth car that I have bought from Harbro. The reason I keep going back is because of the way that I am treated. Mike M. is the kind of salesman that more people should experience. Also Lisa helped in some of the finer points and I really was impressed by the way they teamed up to get me what I needed and wanted. They both were involved and I didn`t once feel that I was being ganged up on good Family teamwork. I also would like to mention one more person that I dealt with. I was supposed to pick up my car on Sat. I received a phone call on Fri saying that there was a slight problem with the paperwork. I answered the Question which was asked. It was then discovered that the paperwork needed to be redone. Well Kelsey needed to redo things which she did and I was able to pick up my car as planned. That`s customer first attitude.
