Dave Malo and the Harbro team was OUTSTANDING!! I went to them, after being disappionted at other dealerships, on the quality and prices of other vehicals that I looked at and Harbro was much better quality them, after being disappionted at other dealerships, on the quality and prices of other vehicals that I looked at and Harbro was much better quality than what everyone else showed me. Even with not so good credit Dave was able to get me a really good interest rate and more importantly THE PRICE that I could afford !!! NOT like other places where it's more like this is the price take it or leave it!!I'd stongly recommend Harbro to anyone whos in the market for a QUALITY used car at a reasonable price!! And for someone reading this that has shakey to bad credit and are kinda scared to get " TRAPPED " into something you really didn't want,, go see these guys at Harbro They'll make you feel more than a buyer they treat you with RESPECT !!! This is my second purchase from Harbro and my second glowing review. About 8 months ago Harbro helped me buy a fabulous little Smart Car that I had been longing after. At the time the car was perfect fo glowing review. About 8 months ago Harbro helped me buy a fabulous little Smart Car that I had been longing after. At the time the car was perfect for my lifestyle, but things changed quickly and by this winter I was rather in need of something larger. I contacted Harbro to see how possible it would be to trade in my Smart for something that would be a better fit. I honestly didn't think it would be possible. The guys at Harbro had fought long and hard to get me a decent loan on my Smart because my credit isn't great, and with no improvement in my credit since then I thought for sure I was stuck. I emailed Dave Malo on a wednesday just to see whether he thought it would be possible. Dave was incredibly attentive, even emailing me from his phone when he was not at work to respond to my questions. To make a long story short, I arrived the very next wednesday to pick up my shiny "new" (2011 with 34,000 miles) Nissan Cube. The trade-in of my Smart and purchase of my Cube was fast and easy, I think I was there for less than an hour with the test drive included. Dave got me an incredible loan with a fantastic interest rate and he did it quickly despite the struggles he faced with my credit score. I live quite a distance from Harbro, in south western Rhode Island, but it is more than worth the trip up to them. Everyone at Harbro has treated me with brilliantly. When I desired to trade in a car I had bought less than a year before they didn't make me feel silly, though I felt rather silly about it all. They approached my new purchase with the same attention to detail and intent to please that they did my first. I could not be happier with the service I received or the quality of the cars I have purchased. Any problems I had with my Smart were quickly attended to by Harbro, and mostly at no cost to me as they were within the first couple of months of my purchase (and had been problems that had likely been present or starting when I purchased the car, not to say that they were things Harbro could have foreseen). My new Cube is everything I wanted in a car to replace my Smart and I am absolutely loving it so far. I recommend to everyone I know who lives within driving distance of Harbro to go to them to purchase their next car, even if that it's a far drive they make it more than worth it! More

For the first time ever, I posted a car (2008 Mazda 3) on craigslist a couple weeks ago. I have always been somewhat weary of selling anything on craigslist, especially a car so I wanted to make sure I was craigslist a couple weeks ago. Tim from Harbro responded to my ad and we discussed the car and negotiated a price. He was very helpful in explaining the process of selling an automobile, bill of sale, insurance, registration, etc...The following day, two members of the Harbro staff came to my residence (about an hour from their dealership), verified that the car was in the condition listed on my ad, and we began the paperwork. The entire process took about 45 minuets. They did not try and negotiate the sale price or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. Both were professional and very friendly. More
