i came into harbro looking for a vehicle. My family and I are victims of Superstorm Sandy. We live in Island Park,NY however I grew up in Whitinsville. A family member of mine from Massachusetts told me about Harbro and suggested we try them...so thankful we did. From the very first phone call Mike Hare assured me he and his team would like to make this part of our recovery process stress free. When I informed him our insurance was going to stop paying for our rental he offered a rental to us if we were not able to find a car the day we arrived. He also offered to have an employee pick my family of 4 up once we dropped off the rental we were driving up to Massachusetts and bring us to them-luckily not necessary-but grateful for the offer. Upon arrival to Harbro we were welcomed with warm smiles/hot coffee and a very attentive sales manager. Chris Sargent spent his time with us and only us until we/he found 2 vehicles that suited our needs and were within our budget. Mark Hare and Devin Petry were able to arrange to service one of the vehicles that was due to be serviced. The other vehicle's tires still had some life in them but Harbro gave us a voucher for 4 new tires when we are ready, as well as a full detail since it was a snowy day of test driving. The financing was a breeze. We drove away with one purchased vehicle,a card for a free tank of gas and a rental car "on the house" to drive back to NY. Two days later, our second vehicle was delivered to NY right in the time window we received from Harbro with all paperwork in order and clearly marked thanks to Heather Goodwin's clear direction...the entire process from the initial phone call,pricing,servicing,and delivery has boosted my family's spirit during this horrific time in our lives. If I could take out a full page ad in a local paper to publicly acknowledge them I would-cannot say enough about Harbro Sales and Service. Thank you-Sarah Smith More

I didn't feel any pressure from the salesman and everyone was real friendly and helpful. Saw a car on their website on a Thursday. Tony called me that afternoon and we set up an appointment to test drive the car. In the mean time i gave Tony my information to start the buying process. Tony already had approval from the bank. Picked the car up on Monday. Not only did Tony go thru the car before i picked it up but found the brakes and rotors neded replacement. Harbro replaced the brakes and rotors before i picked it up. Completly impressed with that. Tony was a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy and pressure free. What a wonderful experience to have with a car dealership. Will make all my future car purchases thru Tony and Harbro. Scott More
