I had decided I wanted an all-wheel drive car and wanted an SUV (my first!). I saw one over in Webster at Harbro on there Website and called and talked to Ken. He went and got it and brought it to Whitins an SUV (my first!). I saw one over in Webster at Harbro on there Website and called and talked to Ken. He went and got it and brought it to Whitinsville for me to try. He came with me and we went for a drive. He was so kind, calm and knowledgeable. Not your typical pushy salesman that gives me anxiety! In fact, the total opposite! I loved the car and we walked through all the fancy technology. The whole process was seamless.
