The reason behind it is. 1) I know when i drop one of my fleet vehicles off for regular preventive maintenance or repairs that Mark will do everything in his power to make sure its quality parts at a reasonable price. 2) That Jim, Aaron and Kevin will do the job the right way the first time and they never settle for less. 3) They know what the customers expect and they exceed the expectations.
