We worked out a deal that made me happy and made Harbro happy as well. Tim had the team well prepared for us to drop off the vehicle and sign all the needed paperwork for the payoff, etc.. and handed us a check for the balance. It was the by far the easiest transaction I have ever done for either buying or selling a car. I was a first-time buyer in a less than ideal credit situation and he was able to navigate those challenges effectively and tactfully. Never made me feel stupid for questions I asked and always had time for me. He was patient when I went radio silent for a few weeks and returned with a change of heart for something I previously committed on. Overall the experience was painless and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Due to a delay in getting my title and everything sorted they even helped me with temporary transportation and Mark got my emissions test done for me the day I picked up the car since it had taken longer than expected and he knew I was rather overwhelmed. Obviously every situation is different and I wouldn't expect them to do that for the next person I send their way. The point is that he listened intently to my concerns and was able to provide exceptional service in going above and beyond and I get the feeling they would do that for all their customers! Best Experience Selling My Car, Ever!!! I posted my vehicle for sale and received many inquiries, some of which were not legitimate from the start. One, however, resulted in the honest, simplest and most efficient vehicle sale experience I've ever had... That call came from Tim Hare of Harbro Sales & Service. Tim was low key as we discussed my vehicle for quite a while, in detail, after which he made me a very reasonable offer to purchase the vehicle simply based on an honest conversation on both sides. I agreed to the price offered and Tim put me in touch with his business team at Harbro. They were as efficient and unassuming as was Tim quickly providing direction and documentation in order to facilitate the sale. One thing led to another and less than a week later they drove an hour and a half to pick up my vehicle with bank check in hand for the full amount agreed. Bottom line... This transaction was truly seamless in every way from start to finish! Then, surprisingly, I received a follow-up call from Tim thanking me for the sale. Harbro is a family operation, they care and they know how to treat people honestly and fairly. They are truly a breath of fresh air in today's world and I'd highly recommend them if you have a vehicle in great shape to sell. Based on this experience I can only also conclude that buying a vehicle from them would be just as satisfying an experience! More

When I asked people where to get my car repaired, oil changes etc., many people said Harbro's. I could not agree more. They are professional, polite, and on time. I find that from the front office to ( even more important the mechanics themselves) they are respectful and Honest. They know that I get very nervous when a check engine light comes on and they always do their best to get me in ASAP. I can not praise them enough - are they always perfect ? No, of course not, but they do their best to correct any situation immediately. We have three cars in this household all are repaired and maintained at Harbros'. My brother-in-law and his wife have both bought their current cars from them and their previous two cars were from them as well. Thank you Harbros' More
