They helped me decide what kind of vehicle I was looking for and narrowed down what was really importan I have worked with Mark Hare and Dave Curini. They helped me decide what kind of vehicle I was looking for and narrowed down what was really important to me. Granted, they had to deal with me waffling between car or SUV, but they never treated me as a chore or ever gave me a sign that they were exasperated/irritated with me, even when I would have been, and I've been told I have the patience of a saint. (I work with preschoolers.) Due to my work hours, I also had trouble getting out to the dealership, but they were helpful and patient there too. They listened to my concern about a lack of a manual and extra key and made sure I had both before I got the vehicle I chose to purchase, although I had not intended for them to go out of their way to get either for me. I had just wondered if they were elsewhere than in the car itself and if there was an extra key. They go through a thorough inspection of their vehicles and make sure you are happy. They stand by their claims. I have seen their service as well. My mother's car had a bad dent, and although I do not know his name, the man is a genius at what he does. I just cannot give enough positive recommendations for Harbro. More
