Joey Thomas, Derek Creekmore, and Jon Shumacher were a stellar team. Derek and Joey recommended 4 possibilities, and Jon educated us on the xxxxxxand con's of the two trucks we considered regarding the engine, trans, and suspension. Derek made sure we got all of the answers we needed to make a choice. Negotiating a price was actually kind of fun because everyone was reasonable and flexible. We got the feeling that each of them honestly wanted us to be happy with our choice, and the vehicle we purchased is perfect for us, we think. Things flowed smoothly and we didn't have to make multiple visits to work out a deal that was a win-win for us all. Derek met us on his regular day off so we could pick up the vehicle since we didn't want to take it sooner due to bad weather. He offered to do that, and was cheerful about it, and it surely made things better for us. We believe they'll be there if we need anything after the sale, and that's worth a gold mine.
