Excellent sale I had an extremely wonderful sales experience with Jack. As soon as I pulled up in my vehicle, Jack quickly and appropriately greeted me. I had a pl I had an extremely wonderful sales experience with Jack. As soon as I pulled up in my vehicle, Jack quickly and appropriately greeted me. I had a pleasant test drive of a few GMC trucks. Jack was extremely knowledgeable of the trucks and their features. He was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions and concerns. I also very much appreciated his sincere pros and cons with different purchase options. When it came to the sale, Jack was very reasonable, straightforward, and he gave me a strong first offer. After we reached an agreement, the remainder of the sales process and signing documentation was smooth and pleasant. Jack truly went above and beyond that late Saturday afternoon when he agreed to personally accommodate me in getting my trade in vehicle back to the store. He rode with me to Rogers, Arkansas, which is about an hour away, to drive my trade-in vehicle back to the store. He did not have to do it, but he did it anyway - truly impressive and clearly putting the customer first.
